Minutes
March 26, 1997

Chesterfield, New Hampshire
Meeting began at 7:55 P.M.
Members Present:Tom Duston, Kathy Davidson, Jeff Newcomer, McKim Mitchell, and Selectmen's rep Tim Butterworth.
Members absent: Kate Haines, Cliff Lerner
- Klepacki Project #97-00200:
- Letter received dated Mar. 11, 1997 sent by the Conservation Commission to the D.E.S. about site inspection. The D.E.S. sent at the same time a letter requesting other information, photos, etc. from the Klepacki's. McKim will call Concord about this. McKim will also get copies of "A Guide to Developing and Re-Developing Shoreland Property in NH".
- Joslin : No further information.
- The Conservation Commission will put a letter in the Star Spangled Banner re: speaker for May 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.(This was originally scheduled for April 30) The topic for the evening will be Preserving Family Land; Estate Planning Options.
- The Conservation Commission currently is looking to fill three position that are open on the commission. (1 reg., 2 alternates)
- Motion to adjourn at 9:00 p.m.. made by Jeff and 2nd by Kathy. All in favor.
