• Responses to Complaints -
  
  -Robert Charbonneau - filed after-the-fact W/ DES
  -Jeffery Clark - filed after-the-fact w/ DES
  -Robert & Ohyllis Mccullough - filed after-the-fact W/ DES
  -DES W/ form for complaint re.Joyce Bergeron on Gulf Rd.
  

• New Applications - Bob Furlone for Karl Franz, Wetlands permit for driveway culvert.
  
• Letters received:
  
  -Larry Cushman, Rumney Conservation Commission re. Current Use Tax going to Conservation Commissions.
  -Steve Hardy, re. Friedsom Land. He wants to talk re. inventory and marking the land. Discussion - proceed w/ wildlife habitat enhancement. McKim will set up another meetting with Ellen Snyder (Wildlife Specialist for UNH - Ext.) and Marshall Patmos (county Forester)

• Old Business: Last months minutes accepted. Moved; Fred Szmit, 2nded, Jeff Newcomer
