Friedsam:

The plowing of the small Twin Brook parking area already being done by the Town. Rick Vanderpol was contacted by McKim. He would be willing to talk to us and look at Friedsam, at a rate of $30.00 per hour. There was some discussion....is there any way to get this done from perhaps the State of NH, UNH, etc. for FREE? McKim will call NH Fish and Game tomorrow re: this.

Wetland Permits:

The Commission is now required to send a letter to the state wetlands board about all applications.

Klepacki: Write a letter to the state about this application 5C lot C4. McKim and Tom will go walk the site also. Jeff made a motion to grant conditional approval and to send a letter after McKim and Tom walk the site. 2nd by Kathy. All in favor.

Joslin #96-01888: 1/31/97 copy of response to state. DES responded on 2/5/97. The need cross sectional view and other information.

Wood application approved.

Martini: Stream work.....a few trees removed to allow for stream work.

Folta#96-01419: Tom spoke with Eric Fontaine DES and they will come and look at the site.

Purjes, Administrative Order No. WD96-38, Dated Dec. 17, 1996. Letter of deficiency on WU1996-04 dated August 5, 1996. Tax map 4A Lot C25.1. Clear cutting violation within lake.

Parker #96-01455 for a dock on the lake....approved.

Kate Merriam from the Wetlands Board is now in business for herself. Her replacement with the state is Darlene Forst.

Tom made a motion that when and if the town asks to adopt DES sludge management rules, that the Chesterfield Conservation Commission recommend against this adoption. 2nd by Jeff. All in favor.

McKim spoke briefly about the "William P. Wharton Trust" grants.
