Folta: Letter received on January 24, 1997 which will be filed. Tom will call Eric Fontaine to check status with wetlands board.
Martini: Received letter dated 12/18/96 from Wetlands Board. #96-00135. It is a major impact project. Permit granted with conditions.
Wood: #WU-1996-11 Correspondence from DES dated 1/6/97. Letter of deficiency. Looking for evidence of compliance within 30 days.
Joslin: #96-01888. Letter dated Nov. 30, 1996. Respond to DES requests within 30 days and notify in writing to avoid closing of file. Copy of any information submitted to DES Wetlands Board and Chesterfield Conservation Commission. We have not received any correspondence at this time from Joslin.
Friedsam: Tim suggested that we should develop a use plan for conservation property in Chesterfield. He also suggested holding a public informational meeting about the present and future use of the Friedsam Property.
Indian Pond Parking Situation: The parking area near Indian Pond was brought to Tim's attention. Is it a fire pond? Tim met with the DPW and they will utilize an open field for approximately 10-12 spaces near the pond. Written permission from Ann Stokes and the NH Society for the Protection of Forests.
Tim will also check into the plowing of small parking areas adjacent to Friedsam and perhaps above mentioned Indian Pond parking area.
