Meeting began at 7:30 P.M.
Members Present: McKim Mitchell, Tom Duston, Kathy Davidson, Steve Fisher, Fred Szmit, Selectmen's Rep. Tim Butterworth
- Motion to approve the October 28, 1997 minutes made by Kathy and 2nd by Fred. All in favor.
- Ben Pfistner will attend January meeting of the Conservation meeting about his Eagle Scout project.
- McKim drafted a site inspection form. Motion made by Jeff and 2nd by Fred to use this form and also to include permission form with all DES applications to inspect property.
- Purjes WD96-98 in compliance.
- Dock issue: we sent several wetland's complaint forms for dock construction on Lake Spofford. Wetland's Board will investigate this.
- Patricia O'Brien Complaint #97-01194 on Silverdale Lane, letter sent to her by Wetlands dated Nov. 14, 1997. She has 30 days to respond.
- Folta letter of deficiency received 10/21/97.
- Wrona property, Old Ferry Road in W. Chesterfield, cutting without a permit. Also wetland's violation. They have just recently applied for an after the fact wetland's permit.
- Streams: We further discussed streams located in the town, identifying them for future protection.
- Motion to adjourn at 9:30 p.m. made by Kathy and 2nd by Jeff.
