Members Present: Jeff Newcomer, Kathy Davidson, McKim Mitchell, Donna Nallett, Jim Macleid
The Commission will walk some sites obtaines by the town through tax liens at the next meeting on August 39, 1995. Some discussion about a land locked county owned piece on the Westmoreland line, possible consideration for the future. Map no. 6A 40, access questionable.
The Commission reviewed the approval for a wetlands permit to have one driveway crossing for the Clarkson property.
The "complaint form" from the Department of Environmental Services was reviewed.
Marshall Patmos recommended that the Chesterfield Conservation Commission contact Wayne L. Young. Mr. Patmos will work with us and re-walk Friedsam. McKim distributed copies of the Forest Inventory and management Plan for the Town of Chesterfield dated October of 1984, prepared by Wayne L. Young. McKim will contact Mr. Young with the possibility of a walk through on September 9, 1995.
The Conservation Commission received and reviewed a letter dated 6/29/95 re:NH. Wetlands File #95-482. This application concerns erosion on the CT. River, application for permit to stabilize with rip rap. Other solutions were suggested by the Wetlands Board including rock toe with appropriate vegetation.
